She bolted after him as soon as he started running, following him into the building.. She called in the run away, so it would be all by the books and help would arrive as she went into the building looking for him, knowing he couldn't do much with his hands cuffed behind his back.

{Anya}- Might as well give up now, you're only making things worse on yourself.

She said as she was standing by a door, checking out the area before she went in looking for him.

She stood outside of the door as she didn't trust him to not sneak out of the room as she knew there was a window in there, she looked around a bit and saw a small door, she went inside as she saw it go into the room he was in as she kicked the door he didn't have blocked , open as she had her gun... She stepped in looking at him.

Anya: You're just making things hard on yourself... You could have just did what you were suppose too , now you'll have more time added on to your sentence..

She said as she stood there looking at him, as she waited to see if he would go willingly or if she would have to use force... Something she didn't want to do, she didn't like shooting anyone, hated the idea of it, but she knew she would have to do what was needed to be done.

She looked at him, not knowing what his problem was with her.  She had been nice to him. even went and got him food while he was waiting when he said the hospital food made him sick.

Anya: I'm sorry but she isn't able to be here... She's been sick.

She said as she then realized what his problem with her was... It was because she wasn't American, and was Russian as she just shook her head a bit.

Anya: Crystal is on her way though.

She said staying back a bit, use to people not liking her because of where she was from, so she just let it go, as she didn't want a fight, and didn't want things to be worse..

She looked at him when he said that as she hadn't done anything, the hospital camera would prove it.  Crystal went putting the man in the car and went into the hospital to check things out, seeing what had happened as Crystal came out talking to Anya.

||Crystal||- Don't let him bother you...You can file harassment charges if you want.

She said after seeing the racist comments he made against her inside the hospital, but Anya just shook her head as she was thinking about it.

Anya: No, he already has enough to deal with.

She said simply heading out to her car so she could head to the station, as Crystal did the same.  Anya took her time driving back as she was thinking about everything..

When she got back, Destiny was back and was reading what was written as Anya was called in, and Crystal was there as they were talking to her... Anya shook her head as she knew she didn't say any of those horrible things...She loved being in America, it had been such a good experience for her, well until now anyways.

Anya: No, I would never say any of that...

Crystal: He's a racist asshole, Destiny... I saw what he was doing to her in the hospital.

She said as the camera from the car was brought in so they could view the trip as Anya wasn't even talking in Russian she was actually just humming a song that was on the radio, and even had tried to talk to Duncan, asking him about his pain, and how he was feeling so she could make sure he got the right help he needed but he was just rude to her and saying nasty comments...

Destiny: I'm sorry Anya, if I would of known he was like that , I would of had Hope take him.

She said figuring Hope would scare the hell out of him... .  Anya just shrugged a bit.

Anya: It's alright..

She said as Destiny was making sure to save the video, and the hospital video just incase this was needed for later... Destiny then let her go as she went out , doing her work..

She watched the man walk into Destiny's office as they were talking a bit, then Anya was once again called into the office as she was looking at them..

Destiny: I'm sorry Anya it's out of my hands...

She said as she looked confused then frowned when she was cuffed...

Destiny: Just talk to them, I already showed them the videos and James said it should be cleared up soon, okay, sweety.. .

She looked terrified but nodded as she knew she didn't do anything... but James didn't have a choice as he lead her out, and to his car...

Destiny nodded as she let Devin in.  Devin had to fill out some paper work a bit, as the two were making small talk as they were pretty much in laws now..

Destiny: Be careful with him Devin... He's out of his mind.

She said warning him after he was done..

Destiny: Keep him away from Anya... He's very racist and I can tell he wants to really harm her.

She said worried about her officer, knowing that Anya was too sweet and nice to really do anything about him.  Which worried her even more..

After a bit they all got to where they were needing to be as Anya was being questioned , and they even asked if they could look thru her home.

Anya: Sure.

She said pulling out her keys and letting them, she knew there wasn't anything there.  She loved America and had a lot of American made things...

James: Are you an American citizen yet?

Anya nodded and smiled thinking about it.

Anya: I am, have been for almost a year now.

She said as she was proud of that as she was thinking about it... She was sitting there as she saw Devin bring in Duncan and looked down a bit, sad that he was so cruel to her for no reason..

She frowned when he said that but didn't fight it, as she knew she wasn't guilty.  She had no idea what was in her home that made them think so... but a package had been put on her door step, that she hadn't seen that had some really bad things in it... They put her in holding , sadly it was with Duncan who let didn't have cuffed in there, but seeing as she was in trouble for terrorism and crimes against the US they left her cuffed so they could get things settled and them both to DC... She frowned as she sat there not understanding, knowing she would never do anything against the US..

She cried out a bit as he was hurting her, but she didn't fight, she didn't want to get hurt... She just laid there with her eyes closed, and tears in them.

Anya: Please stop..

She said in a small voice, knowing that she wasn't guilty of anything... And as soon as they would trace everything back and finish looking in her home seeing that there wasn't anything inside, just the box outside they would let her go... But that could take awhile.. So she wasn't wanting to rile him up or anything..

She screamed out crying , she couldn't move though, her hands were cuffed and he was holding on to her... He wasn't gentle with her, as he punched her back when she tried to set up, as she felt him pull her hair as he was just so mean... but before he could finish, James heard her screaming as he went to get her out find out that she had been set up... He yelled for help as he was unlocking the door pulling him off her... As she just curled up in a ball, bloody and in tears as they were cuffing him to the corner as they put a coat over her after a moment and helped her out, as she was barely able to move and shaking so bad..

She laid there curled up on the bed, still crying as the doctor had given her something for pain and to relax her, but she wasn't talking to anyone... Not even Destiny when she rushed in to see her, cussing because her orders were ignored to keep them separated... She sat there with her for a couple hours, then finally leaving her to rest when she had passed out.

Destiny called James letting him know that Anya refused to talk , or say anything about what happened... So right now Destiny's hands were tied... .

Destiny was pissed, she had asked them just one thing, and they couldn't even do it.. They were suppose to take care of her.

Destiny: Well now that she's in the clear, None of you need to be near her, and she doesn't need to go back.

She said as she had already called DC and let them knew what had taken place with her officer... After she had been proven innocent.

Destiny: You just try to not mess up again...Make sure Duncan gets to where he is suppose too.

She said hanging up, as she wasn't pleased at all, her officers where very important to her, she cared for them all, they were like family to her..

Destiny got the fax as she read it, as she was pissed, she didn't like what they were doing to this poor girl, making her a target...

Destiny: I won't tolerate this..

She said getting up, she called Reese telling him what was going on, as he was on board helping her, as they then went to a judge , getting some more support as Destiny was ready to raise hell...

While working to get Anya protected and not booted out of the country she had been put in a holding cell again....She was so depressed, she barely ate, just sat in her cell curled up in a ball not talking to anyone... Devasted that things had happened this way when she hadn't done anything to anyone, she never realized how cold and cruel could be in this country, all just because she was from another country... She just leaned against the wall curled up, feeling heart broken and hopeless..

Anya: What's the point...It's clear that a lot of people don't want me here...

She said as she was thinking about it...

Anya: I thought coming to America was going to be the best thing to ever happen in my life... A place of freedom, history, a place where people are accepted...

She said with tears... but lately it had been a nightmare for her...

Anya: Maybe I should just leave and go back to Russia...

She said at least there she would be treated better... being a royal descendant, she knew that she would be accepted back into the country... Her family was loved and adored there... but she had let it all go to be an American, and what has that gotten her...

She said as she turned on her side when he left, her back facing the door... She passed out after a bit, she woke up a bit later when the door opened, but just closed her eyes again, figuring they were just making sure she was still there and didn't try to escape..

She looked at the folder rather confused as she had no idea who the man was, as she looked at the date of the marriage..

Anya: This isn't real, I was not in Russia at this date..

She pointed out as she had just arrived in America, but she could prove it, as she pulled out her wallet, showing a plane ticket she had, something she always saved as her moment of having a new life.

Anya: I was never married... Nor have I ever dated.

She said honestly..

She shook her head already having the proof that she wasn't there, that she hadn't been in Russia, she had been in America.

Anya: That is my cousin, she is deceased now... She was murdered a bit ago, they never solved it.

She said honestly as she was thinking about it, wondering if Duncan had something to do with it.

She sighed a bit as she was thinking about it.  It wasn't right that she was stuck in jail... She didn't do anything, she was being punished though, she had been raped, abused, and threatened to be kicked out of the country, and then accused of being married... She was just tired and depressed.

She just nodded as she didn't know what to think anymore as she just curled up again, watching as he left her alone.  She laid back down once again as she closed her eyes, falling asleep after a little bit..

They had her on suicide watch seeing how depressed she was, no longer in threat of being forced out of the country, but she still seemed to be depressed, not uncommon for assault victims... They put her in a room, where she couldn't do anything to hurt herself, as she just laid there on the bed, curled up facing the wall, not wanting to talk to anyone..

She heard his voice as she jumped , moving to the floor in the corner as she looked at him terrified...She didn't trust him, or want him near her..

She shook her head not wanting to leave the room, she didn't want to go out there with everyone else... Thanks to all that had happened, she didn't overly trust  anyone anymore and was afraid to talk to other Americans with her accent..

She shook her head not ready to go out there yet... She looked at him still scared, she didn't want to be around him, near him, nor did she want to be out there around anyone else..

She didn't move not even after he left... It wasn't until James came in that she was freaking out, telling him that Duncan was here, and she didn't want to be here... Begging to be let out...He went talking to the doctors find out that she was right and did manage to get her out of there...

James: I let you go home, you better not do anything stupid, you need someone to talk to you call me, or Destiny, okay?

She nodded looking at him as he was standing outside her place looking at her, knowing that this was the best place for her, but was still worried about her in her state and the fact that she was alone... After a bit he did leave her, letting her get settled in and relax....

She nodded as she looked at James... She had everything packed and was ready for her plane ride in the morning.  She wanted to be far away from him when he got out..

She stirred a bit as she heard something she opened her eyes seeing him sitting there as she started to scream, making him jump up and put his hand over her mouth, not wanting her to wake anyone, or him get busted...she looked at him terrifed...

She just watched him not moving or anything as she watched him get up, turning happy he was going to leave as she just wanted him far away from her... When he was out of the room she got up and went back on the bed, thinking about things a bit, as she knew she wasn't going to leave now if he was, it was better for her to say here.

While he was out in his storage area putting things away... The men of the hide out where out looking for new people to recruit... be it by choice or not, they didn't care... As they were out on the prowl, they saw Duncan there, they looked around seeing he was alone, grinning when they saw no ring on his finger...

Angel was the decoy as she walked up to the man saying she was lost as Duncan started to talk to her, while her man came up behind him, jabbing him with the needle as he went down... He was picked up and then tossed in the van, and brought back to the hide out.

Damian had told them about him from the hospital and all and knew he was unstable, his meds gone and new drugs in him that would make him loyal to the hide out... As the brain washing started... Glad to have one so easy to control, and make there's..

They had no idea who that was, or that she wasn't even alive, but as soon as they knew he wouldn't try to escape and that he would want to return to this place they let him have free reign... After a day or so of watching him test out girls and seeing he wouldn't kill anyone they let him go out and get a girl of his own..

She groaned out a bit as she didn't even know what happened, she had thought he was far away so had been more at ease, and let her guard down a bit, now she was drugged and laying in a bed..
